The location is great because many attractions are within walking distance. i found a big supermarket very close. It made shopping for essentials easy. the staff spoke english and offered helpful advice. This was really appreciated. complimentary drinks were a nice bonus i enjoyed.

the lifts seemed a bit slow sometimes, so i had to wait a little longer, but it wasn't a huge problem.

the hotel has complimentary matcha, coffee, and tea available on the second floor during business hours. breakfast includes varied options so i didn't get tired of it . a couple of microwaves are available to heat food.

the hotel room was quiet and located on the fourteenth floor offering sound sleep. the room was pretty big, especially compared to other accommodations i have experienced. there are laundry facilities available on site, very useful.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . the hotel provides luggage storage which was convenient for early arrivals and late departures. i found the option to exchange currencies useful.

Amazing Hotel Find!

The staff were so friendly and spoke English fluently! The room had big size and felt so comfortable. I really loved the laundry facilities available right at the hotel. Plus, with convenience stores and tasty restaurants so close, it made everything easier!

I noticed the air conditioning felt too centralized. I needed adjust the temperature in my room for my own comfort.

The hotel had a great location, with buses and a metro line just steps away. I walked to nishiki market. Supermarkets near were convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials any time.

Breakfast had variety and felt so good, with options included in the price! I also got to enjoy free matcha, coffee and tea in the lobby during the day. The matcha was especially good. Several restaurants surround the hotel.

difficult temperatureslow elevators

i was annoyed to find the air conditioning difficult to adjust. finding the right temperature was hard and it made the room uncomfortable. also, the elevators were slow and i waited a lot. these slow elevators made getting around a real hassle.
